As always, Nathan is enthusiastic by just about anything. This was his first encounter on the beach. What a great time we had. These photos are mere highlights. I may post more. Later.

Christmastime

Here are a few photos from our Christmas week. Probably my most enjoyed gift this year that I received is my camera. I found that it was enjoyable to rearrange my tea buffet to fit new napkin rings my family gave me.

The drawer with all my napkin rings. I like adding to the collection. It started with only four and gradually over nearly three years, I now have a drawer full of them and ones for nearly every occasion. The ones standing up in the bottom left corner are cats.

I got used to the sight of our suitcase the week of Christmas. There really is nothing quite like the experience of living out of a small suitcase for nearly a week.


And the last one is the best. Saturday nights Mama practices the piano during late hours to prepare for our Sunday music. Her playing was accented by the light of the tree the Saturday after Christmas.

Recent accomplishment

Copper usually gets in the way of my web cam shots! This is why in my blog I had to eat the roll. If I didn't hurry and eat it, Copper would!

I have quite a bit of reviews on it. For the most part, that is the only one I like that is in our budget. When it comes to cameras, I just don't want a small point and shoot camera. So even though I would love a nice $600 camera, the Fuji one in our budget range will work for me. Not sure when we will get it, but hopefully soon. I have been itching to stop and take pictures of the cutest Donkey's/Mules's (still I don't know the difference) that are on our way to and from Cashiers.

  I thought at first 

it was because Copper wanted food or attention, but he has food and I have been petting him and playing with him. As I pet him he still bites me!!! I give up!!!
